With the pointed toe, you may have to go up a half size for a more secure fit. The bracelet fits slightly snugly to stay in place with every step - it's a favorite shoe for narrow to medium-width feet.” My usual size is 7.5 (or sometimes an 8, but mostly 7.5) I chose to go up a half-size to the 8 on these based on the info from the Birdies site and they are a good fit as described and the bracelet fits great too. Purchased these for a holiday occasion several years ago and only wore them once. They are in excellent, like -new condition.
