Krosno Clear Cylindrical 9 3/4" Vase with Controlled Bubble Base, VGC

Krosno Clear Cylindrical 9 3/4" Vase with Controlled Bubble Base. In very good used condition, no chips/cracks etc but there is some water residue on the inside of the bubble that I was not able to remove while cleaning, which is only very visible when the vase is rotated a particular way (see photos).
