Express Hi Lo bronze satin ruffle skirt. Please note the color of the skirt in the pics; the bronze color is the color of the item, the model is wearing the same style but slightly different color. This skirt is new with tags and has never been worn. It’s classic and cute but unfortunately doesn’t fit me. Measurements: 14.25 waist, 19 inches hips, 14.25 length from waist to beginning of ruffles, 41 inches total length.
