1930s Bias-Cut Plaid Maxi Dress with Red Sheer Ruffle Overlay Set This stunning 1930s vintage ensemble includes a flowing plaid bias-cut maxi dress paired with a dramatic red sheer ruffled overlay. The dress features a delicate V-neckline, flowing lines, and asymmetrical details that flatter the figure, a hallmark of the Art Deco period. A plaid pattern with soft hues of cream, red, and off-black. Note: I put a modern nude-color full-length slip underneath. The dress is completely sheer. I’m happy to include it upon request. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No major issues or funky smells. Noted flaws: A loose seam on the left side ribcage area and another on the seam of the jacket’s collar. These are minor/fixable. There are a few tiny spots…and I do mean tiny. Please refer to the last five images as well as the video. I’ve not attempted to clean or repair it. This fits my size 4 mannequin just about perfectly. There are no missing snaps on the right side opening, but due to the hip tilt of my mannequin, I couldn’t get the fabric to lay flat (refer to photo). Flat measurements…..
