Vibrant emerald green, with large red rose accents around the hem. Side zipper. No tag, could be hand made? Extremely well made. Skirt part isn’t lined. I showed it with a crinoline underneath. Will need a slip. Has a few tiny areas that look mended. Please look at the pictures because they are negligible! I believe there is some seam allowance, if you want to adjust the dress in anyway.
