Vintage 1990s 2000s Blouse, Pant-her Red and White Floral Print Shirt Grandma

Sweet vintage blouse from the 1990s or earliest 2000s. Red with a gray and black floral print. Has a boat neck, small slits at either side and little buttons at either shoulder. Label reads: Pant-her and gives a size of 7/8. Semi sheer Poly. Near mint vintage condition. A couple minor snags is all worth noting. Measurements when lying flat. Armpit to armpit across bust: 40" max Waist: approx. 38" Shoulder to bottom hem: 22" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
