This beautiful fit and flare dress offers a great silhouette to any wearer. It’s in excellent condition, and with the tie backs, it offers extra space in the bust size (or tightness) making its sizing even more flexible. So while labeled a 16, this could possibly work for 12, 14, or maybe 18 as well. Stock photo shown to show a more flattering fit, as it does not do itself justice on my mannequin.

@giftpilz_67 hi! So sorry for the delay I was out of town and letting my husband man the closet for a few days. Looks to be about 16.5 inches across that waist band, since it does tie in the back it does offer some wiggle in the bodice but that waist band sits right about there. I added a picture of the front and back with the measuring tape right at the waist band.
