Vintage Dovani of Dallas Midi Dress

size 12 this is somewhat between a maxi and a midi has a wide 3/4 length sleeve front pockets simple leaf design on skirt of dress I believe this is some sort of vintage military dress possibly French buttons on front read militaries equipments which would explain the khaki colors beige and green removable shoulder pads excellent vintage condition there are some stitches becoming loose in one area that I will show in photo located under the armpit 49" length 21" armpit to armpit 17" sleeve from shoulder seam but seam rests lower than usual made in the USA would love any info
