Hi--it definitely starts with "Pacific" and may be Pacific Blue?

It would also coordinate well with a solid blue in a slightly darker color or even black as well or another color such as green or whatever suits you : )

Color seems to be just "Pacific" and is sometimes followed by "blue" in lowercase.
