Pretty, sheer outer garment, 3/4 sleeve, sz Med Red background with white and Navy floral details! Med sheer and very flowy! There is a tie at the waist (which is elastic) and a red rope tie and fabric covered optional buttons that go from waist down the front. Such a fun piece! Worn as a cover up or a top layer of a great festival outfit! Pair with jeans, leggings, shorts or ??
