Perfect with jeans, shorts, skirts, over a slip dress, you name it. The graceful neckline is enhanced with a double tassel ended fabric string tie. The airy angel sleeve openings are near the waistline which measures @19" across or @38" circumference. The 100% polyester easy care fabric has a chiffon look and is semi sheer.
