Long sleeves with button at cuffs. Ruffles at the neckline. 4 button closure at the neck in the back. Comes with a belt/tie. I never wore this together and I used the tie with the shirt like a bow, but it can also be used with the skirt. The skirt is a midi and is fully lined. Side hidden zipper with a slide hook closure.
