Rare vintage collector's boxed set/5 of Pearl Beer xXx Barrel Tasting Glasses from Pearl Brewing Co., San Antonio, Texas. •clear glass, gold rims, with logo xXx, Pearl in script and BEER all in red lettering with green stalks of barley •3.25ʺ tall, mouth is 2" wide •vintage, 1950's, San Antonio Texas •great estate condition, only the gold rims are worn in places, see photos for details, no chips or cracks •in the same box I purchased them in Pearl Brewing Co was started in San Antonio in the 1880's. They used the triple X as their symbol for the highest quality. The logo on these glasses dates them to the 1950's-60's. Today the iconic Pearl is a focal point for San Antonio's downtown area.
