Bought this new from a formal boutique shop. Only worn once. Absolutely no signs of wear. Looks brand new. Has a black top sheer layer attached by seam to the black dress underneath at the arm sleeves and neck. The design is a shiny silver on the front and back. Measurements are in photos. This ran true to size and was never altered. BEAUTIFUL!
