meeks0453@skittenmitten8 There is not a fabric label since it is a hand made item. It seems like some sort of Poly fabric with no stretch. It is not lined.

meeks0453@skittenmitten8 I totally apologize- I missed the first time you asked. Armpit to armpit 15.5 waist 14 Hip 16.5 - length from strap to hem 25.5. Shorts waist will stretch to 16 hip 16.5 length 14.
