apology for the delay. waist is 30 inches ( elastic waistband ), and the length is 37 inches.

Hello! This skirt only has care instruction tags. However, the top and the hemline of the skirt are made of a lightweight corduroy fabric and the body of the skirt is polyester. This skirt is great for spring/ summer, it's comfy and easy to care for. I've gotten many compliments about this skirt. I purchased an xl as needed for myself.
