thriftygurl351 @choosenow There is some sole wear as shown in the photos, possibly a few marks although I didn’t notate them so doubtful they are problematic, and no inserts there were just the little gel toe protector pads inside that were removed & left a light residue. Not sure what you mean by short or long? Hope that helps
