American Eagle Blouse - XS Navy Blue Floral

American Eagle XS Navy Blue Floral Blouse. It is in like new condition and worn only once. It fits right at the hip area and there are buttons all the way down the front with a partial open upper back. It states XS but it fits more like a SM/MED. The sleeves are loose and gathered at the wrist with a string that you can tie in a cute bow. This shirt would look great with jeans and dressed up with boot shoes or casual with Birks!
