My daughter wore this as a size 2 and her sister size 4 sister borrowed it once and it fit them both. Worn 2x. The size says M/L but I would say American size is small. This is so soft, stretchy with a beautiful waistline. The back is gorgeous with the lace! It has 2 pockets. I do not know the brand. Please read the measurements.
