I ordered Regular width from Birkenstock USA online store, they sent me Narrow, and would not pay for return shipping (plus customs to Canada!) for a product I didn’t order. Do not buy from Birkenstock USA online store!! While the shoes fit (Narrow is only slightly narrower), I just prefer regular. Get yourself a great deal on NEW Birks - nothing better!
