Inside of diapers are 100% organic cotton. This is the third generation (E3) bumGenius Elemental. All-in-one diaper, but you can slide an insert between the layers easily for more absorbency. I bought these secondhand but they looked to me to be virtually new. Only used them two times for my baby--although they worked fine, we settled on a different diapering solution.
