@pmonaco4 hi, I purchased the boat sunglasses from you and I got them today but cannot get them to work even after charging for an hour, do you know if there’s anything wrong with them? I just want to know if maybe I’m just not doing something right beforeI put down that they don’t work.

@cbaker88 I tested before shipping with my husband. Try a different brick is what we had to do. Don’t accept them until you get them to work. I’ll ask my husband real quickly

@cbaker88 it was telling us the battery was full. If you cannot get them to connect and play music, let me know. Again make sure you do not accept the order so that way you can return and get a refund. I do apologize.

@pmonaco4 that’s weird. I will go check the refund request status and get back to you. And yeah, they do not work. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot them and everything. If you change your mind, I have no problems sending them back. I don’t want to think I’m trying to keep them for free.

@cbaker88 they cancelled order which means you will get refunded and don’t need to send back. I know you aren’t doing that btw. You may want to call Bose and see if they can help you replace or figure them out
