shternieperlHi @cmd99 The material of the dress 100% Polyester. It is a stretchy fabric. Measurements from underarm to underarm is approx 15 inches. The measurements for the waist is approx 11 inches. This dress is made as a one size fits all, because the entire dress stretches, so the measurements are before it is stretched. There are no stains or snags. I did alterations it in the back to fix the neckline-I will upload a clear picture of the alteration on my listing. Lmk if you have any qs:)
