The leather and hardware are clean with no scratches and still very shiny gold.I am petite so I did use the tools provided by gucci to make extra holes in the strap so I can wear it higher up on my body which you will see in the photos. so you have even more options for length. the extra holes are cleanly done and do not stand out.
