Women's Jones New York Dress Black

This Jones New York dress size 6P is made of a black polyester/spandex/elastane fabric. It has a velvet look and feel on top, with a satiny look and feel skirt, side zipper and hook closure, back tie on banded waist, beautiful pleats for a wide skirt, and it is lined. The dress dimensions are: 35" from front neck to hem, 16" across at underarm seam, and 36" across at bottom hem. Gently used - worn once.
