@mjay81 apologies for missing your question. Yea myself as well also between 4-6 depending on brand. This is 14’ waist resting and stretches to 16 easily. Hope this helps. The band is elastic and meant to flex same with the bottom portion of the top if that makes sense where the small opening is.
