Navy blue 3.1 Phillip Lim with black fringe on the collar and back. The dress is beautiful but does have some defects, it has a few loose pieces of fringe that are longer than the other. Cloud be trimmed or sewn back in place. One of the pockets also needs to be re-sewn. The tag has also been damaged. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. Love it? Make me an offer!
