This is adorable but sadly it just doesn't fit our little dog - too big for her. Love the white ribbon on pink design! Rings for Leash/Lead attachment. This design is great as it stops the pulling around their neck that you get with a traditional collar. Size M - The neck flat measure is approximately 7 inches, the flat chest measures about 9 inches and the and back length is about 13 inches. This is a medium for a small dog. Never actually worn -just tried on.
