Bag does not have tags attached, but it is new and unused. Bag is approximately 16" across and approximately 14.5" from top to bottom not including the shoulder straps. (Including the shoulder straps, it is approximately 24" top to bottom.) The bottom of the bag measures approximately 11.5" x 5".
