This item is new with tags. There is a small area at bottom of pant leg that is dirty, should wash out, I did not wash due to being NWT. For NWT items, if tags are removed they are NOT returnable. Once tags are removed the item can not longer be returned! Once tags are removed it is considered final sale and no returns or refunds will be given. If for any reason an item would have to be returned, buyer is responsible to pay for ALL return shipping fees. Refunds will only be given once item is returned and is in same condition as sent. If refunded from a return, shipping will NOT be included in the return amount. Buyer is responsible for All shipping fees, shipping fees are non refundable!
