Light Gray Polo T-Shirt

Light heather gray cotton t-shirt by Polo. Size XL. Worn and washed several times but no obvious stains that I see. There are a few areas inside the shirt at the hem where the stitching has come loose (see photos). If you can sew maybe it can be mended. I would likely just leave as is 🤷🏻‍♀️. Shirt is soft. Plenty of life left. Measurements in photos. Smoke free, cat 🐈 🐈‍⬛ friendly home.
