The front is shorter than back - by close to 4 inches it is 28 inches in the length & 15 inches W. (x2) around the front waist. The hips are 18 in. In Width & the Length of the back of the skirt is close to 32 inches. P. J.Jill says it is a stretched size 6. Let me know how else I can help you. Mindyhats18
