thejerseyspot @ghazaleh65 this is Ray-Ban Rb2140, they ALL have the Pantoscopic tilt, and I DO NOT like this. Haha, that’s my person opinion but that’s what the classic is know. For. We also have the rb2132 the “New wayfarer” they made this to not have the tilt! This update below I copied and pasted it from Ray-Bans site forum! The New Wayfarer got rid of the pantoscopic tilt. RB2132 is a little more modern, but stays true to that trendy retro-classic look of the original.

thejerseyspot @ghazaleh65 So if you see Ray-Ban rb2140 with NO tilt, then they are fake! This is what the classic rb2140 famously know for the pantoscopic tilt! Are you our previous customer who was upset cause the angle? That’s just how this style is made, you can goto Sunglass hut in a mall, that’s where our sunglasses come from but closed locations. But ask them for a 2140 wayfarer to try on! And you will see first hand!

thejerseyspot @ghazaleh65 For non titled what Ray-Ban did is create this style. The RB2132, known as the New Wayfarer, was introduced in 2001. This model marked a significant redesign of the classic 1950s Wayfarer. These changes were intended to modernize the style and enhance comfort, particularly addressing the original’s tilt challenge, which made them difficult to perch on top of one’s head

Some other brands have made very similar to the wayfarer and removed the angle. Which I think is what you’re looking for. You should search it and read about it. This tilt is one Arabian’s biggest controversies to do with their sunglasses.

ghazaleh65 @thejerseyspot thank you for all the details… i absolutely like the original design and the tilt! My point was to make sure if the HANDLES sit right and the sunglasses also sit right on the face not the angle.

thejerseyspot we look over them pretty well and make sure and note f something is jacked up, since they are all designer and name brand it’s rare some are not sitting correctly. When we use to operate stores in a few malls this was something we make sure and go over. We called it RL Balance check. I wish I could send images here, but posh too strict! I gotcha tough.
