front underarmpit to underarmpit measurement laying flat across on shirt? waist measurement flat on pants?

@carolo84 My apologies for the late reply. Armpit to armpit the top measures 27.5” (un-stretched), the waist is 19” un-stretched and 23.5” stretched.
