Halter Sun Dress part of the Talbots T Athletic line. Feels like swim suit material but is actually a stylish mini dress perfect for summer outings. A-line skirt, dress has lots of stretch. Built in bra with removable pads, halter tie around neck and side zipper for easy on/off.
