Sustainably handmade by Southern Bohemian (me!) using vintage floral sheet (shown in last photo). Pull-on elastic waist stretches approx 26-34." Approx 29" overall length with ruffle. Ultra high 13.5" rise. Elasticized lower leg ruffles. Fabric is a cotton/poly blend. Please note that vintage/recycled fabrics and handmade items may have minor imperfections upon close inspection.
