Elegant silver heart key necklace by Tiffany & Co. Comes with a signature blue pouch. Vintage- Tiffany's doesn't make this anymore. The chain is broken-price reflects (this initially sold for $1000+). This is actually a locket, but I've never been able to get my finger in to get it open. It is sterling silver, but will need some polishing.
