This quirky vintage decanter doubles as a conversation starter with its whimsical figure handle and swirly design. Normally, this item has 4 dots on the bottom but previous owner added additional dots. There is residue of a label on the bottom and it is a little dusty - we cleaned it as best as we could without getting too aggressive and causing damage.
