I am looking to purchase for my mom. I have to check on her waist size and will get back to you. From previous comment, it looks as if the skirt waist is 33 inches.
We have a family wedding Friday July 31. Would you be able to guess the skirt would arrive before that date if shipping to Montana? Thanks!

@406born It ships through Poshmark USPS Ground Advantage. I usually mail items same day or next day depending when they are purchased. I would like to think you have plenty of time to arrive by then since today is the 17th. Never a guarantee I guess though. Thanks.
