@rebeckbeckphc hi there! The waist on the skirt is 18. It has a part you can tie to bring it in smaller too. That part is about 5 inches. I’m adding a pic to make sure that makes sense. The pit to pit on the top is about 17.5. It doesn’t really lay flat because the top and bottom of it are elastic. It stretches to 23.5.
