Pre-owned Rafael Canada Brass Double Pendant Choker Necklace Measurements are Approximately: Necklace inside ring 4 7/8" (outside) 15" Good Pre-owned Condition see pics (some scratches on back of medallions) Brass and glass medallion pendant and necklace by Toronto jewellery designer Rafael Alfandary.  Born in Belgrade, Serbia (then Yugoslavia), he emigrated to Canada in 1970.  Through the 1970s his jewellery was worn by a wide variety of notable personalities, including Margaret Trudeau, Muhammad Ali, Lorne Green, Redd Foxx, Paul Anka and the singer Prince.  Rafael created the crown for the Miss Canada Beauty Contest in 1973.
