jstolder It deleted my comment as I finished,lol. I added pics. Waist is 17". It has built in shirts and is fully lined in black tulle so it's not sheer - just gives the impression. Bust is hard bc there's a built-in bra w/padding so it doesn't measure armpit to armpit.

jstolder @peoniesandlace it has give in the bust if you have a larger chest, and could easily be tucked to take in if you need it to be smaller (I was going to have to do that if I wore it). Hope that helps, but let me know if you have any more questions.
