Vintage 1960s or 1970s Handmade Plaid Wool Maxi Skirt Tiny Waist

Vintage late 1960s or early 1970s handmade piece This came out of my husband's grandparent's house which has been abandoned since the early 1970s Was apparently made by one of my husband's aunts who were born in the 1940s Has a mix of hand stitching and sewing machine stitching Red, white, and black wool plaid Buttons down the front with plain black buttons Buttons end about 14 inches above the hem Two buttons on top to close the waist This is very small with NO stretch whatsoever - absolutely NONE Has a very Scottish feel to it, also very Christmassy colors! Good condition, interior stitching is not perfect since it was handmade so there are some raw interior hems Measurements (flat lay and approximate) Waist: 13 inches Hip: about 18 inches depending on where it falls on you Length: 39 inches
