How do I know the size or is it adjustable?

It is not adjustable
It is a size 8. Without a ring sizer, you can do the following: If you put a string around your finger and then measure the length of string with a ruler, I can compare it for you 🌻

@nan72 ok great. I just measured out 2-1/2 inches of yarn and wrapped around my ring sizer. Thats about a size 8 1/4 … adding a Photo to listing to show you so I believe it will work great based on info you sent
