What is the fabric? Does it stretch? What are the width & length measurements?

Hello! The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% elastane, so it is very soft and stretchy! Armpit to armpit is just shy of 20 inches and from shoulder to hem is almost right at 26 inches. Hope this helps! ☺️
