315jolicand @cqxcap Hi! The heel height is 3 1/2” but the platform on the front is 1 1/2” so it helps with the comfort and height. IMO they are super comfy and easy to walk in because of platform. The width at the widest point in the front is also 3 1/2” lmk if there’s anymore questions I might be able to answer for u ☺️

315jolicand Measurement of insole is approx 9.5 inches so yes a 7 and I added photo of how they don’t fit me lol
