Donated Semi Sheer Smocked Peasant Style Top

This long sleeved top can be worn on or off shoulder. It’s a semi sheer black chiffon top imprinted with tiny dots in red, blue, silver and gold. There’s 7” of smocking at the waist and elastic at the sleeve cuffs. It measures 20” ptp and 14” at the waist which, of course has plenty of stretch with that smocking. It’s a crop length at 19” long. It’s both sexy and sweet and can be worn with a bralette or with a camisole.
