dawnbee_xo💯 agree!!!! I have never had them not answer and respond immediately when I opened a case! I didn’t open the conversation at first but now I’ve had three different things ignored so I absolutely did that… Also, now they reopened my first case the one they had said was closed and did not address. This definitely looks questionable right now… Not happy!
