Fabric is smooth on the underside. See last photo. Flat measurements: Waist 14.25” Rise 13” Inseam 28” Hips 20” Leg openings 8.75” New, does not have an actual tag attached but string is still on inside label. One very light mark to fabric on one leg, as shown in photos. Not obvious.
