@leilasas there’s a bit of stretch because of the velvet but I’d say not that much. I struggled to get it over my size 40” hips. It looks beautiful on but too restrictive for Me. For reference I’m 34D, 29 inch waist and 40 inch hips.

@phxablaze Hello! You have the perfect measurements! I am similar: 34D, 26” waist and 42” hips (lower hips). It’s M so it should fit our hips. I am surprised it didn’t fit you. It’s beautiful!
